Olympic Associates Co., created a new space for North Coast in a tilt-up concrete warehouse in the Sodo district in Seattle. Architects preserved the voluminous feel of the warehouse, while telling the story of the buildings renovation through exposed steel framing and raw materials. The building is also a perfect showcase for Northcoast's electrical products, using as many different lighting fixtures as possible and leaving appropriate electrical elements exposed.
