Paschal Sherman Indian School and
Dormitory
Coffman
Engineers
Coffman Engineers of Spokane completed the structural and
electrical engineering design for this school on the Colville
Indian Reservation near Colville, Wash. The most structurally
challenging part of the building was the cultural center,
with its sloping columns arranged in a radial pattern. Coordinating
the electrical portion of the building between the Tribes,
the contractor and Okanagon PUD was a challenge that made
the design difficult.
