Rainer Vista Hope VI
Walsh
Construction
Work on the $44 million project required demolition, infrastructure,
right-of-way landscaping and building a park to replace a
1940s era public housing development. Now low-income residents
of Southeast Seattle can enjoy 262 housing units in the form
of townhomes, cottages, carriage houses and four story buildings.
Walsh was in charge of demolition, infrastructure, right of
way landscaping and a park.
