DPR Construction Inc. worked with Mahlum Architects to educate the staff and understand the phasing plan by developing a 4D CADD program that combined the design information with the project schedule. This helped end users, building officials and subcontractors understand the whole construction process.

DPR also made extraordinary efforts to contain noise, prevent the spread of infection and maintain the project schedule. A detailed schedule, containing over 5,000 items, was updated every month.
